Britain's favorite food export, Jamie Oliver, brings aboard rustic, homemade favorites at Jamie's Italian. Over at Michael's Genuine® Pub, James Beard Award-winner Michael Schwartz gives you a menu of pure and simple plates plus his own craft brew.

Jamie Oliver is a phenomenon in the world of food. He is one of the world’s best-loved television personalities and one of Britain’s most famous exports, having had huge success with television series including The Naked Chef, Jamie’s Kitchen, Jamie at Home, Jamie’s Ministry of Food, Jamie’s Great Britain, Jamie’s Money Saving Meals and the Emmy Award-winning Jamie’s Food Revolution, as well as the one-off specials Eat To Save Your Life, Jamie Saves Our Bacon and Jamie’s Fish Suppers.

After successfully partnering on a seasonal, farm-to-table menu for the signature 150 Central Park restaurants onboard the Oasis-class ships, Royal Caribbean has expanded its relationship with James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz on this American-style gastropub. At Michael’s Genuine® Pub, Chef Schwartz shares his culinary passion with those who crave a refreshing combination of craft beers, seriously good food and the laid-back atmosphere of a gastropub setting. It’s the perfect showcase for the type of cuisine that Chef Schwartz does best: homemade and straightforward, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and responsible, seasonal food sourcing.
