Booking Onboard Activities and Services

What kinds of restrictions are there for activities?
Activities may have age, height and/or weight restrictions. Guests participating in the FlowRider®, for example, must be at least 52"/132 cm tall to use the bodyboard and 58"/147 cm tall to use the flowboard. Rock climbers must be at least 6 years old, and climbers under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please see each individual activity's waiver for restrictions and requirements.
What kinds of onboard activities require waivers?
Royal Caribbean International requires waivers for the FlowRider®, ice skating, inline skating, the bungee trampoline, the Rock Climbing Wall and the Zip Line. Not all activities are available on all ships.
How do I sign a waiver?
You will be able to complete all Onboard Activities Waivers once on board. If you're sailing on Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas, you may sign waivers online, up to 3 days prior to your sailing date.
May I sign a waiver for a minor?
Yes, if you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor. If a minor is part of a student or coming-of-age group, please speak with your Groups Agent for assistance in signing waivers for your group.
What kind of information do I need in order to sign an online waiver?
For each person for whom you are signing a waiver (yourself and/or a minor), you must have the guest's last name, date of birth, reservation number and the name of the ship and sailing date.
When can I make my Speciality Restaurant, Spa or Salon reservations?
Reservations for our Spa and Salon can only be made once on board the ship. If you are interested in these services, please make your reservation as soon as you come aboard – appointments tend to fill up quickly. For Speciality Restaurants (i.e. Portofino and Chops Grille), you can make your reservations online up to ten days before your cruise begins by visiting here.
