How do I receive equivalent recognition in Celebrity Cruises' Captain's Club?
As a benefit of Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club membership in Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society, you will receive equivalent recognition in the Celebrity Cruises' Captain's Club. If you are currently a member of both loyalty programmes, you will automatically receive benefits based on your highest membership level of the two. For instance, if you are a Crown & Anchor Platinum member and a Captain's Club Classic member, you will automatically be entitled to the Select level in the Captain's Club. And if you are a Diamond or Diamond Plus member, you will automatically receive equivalent recognition as a Captain's Club Elite member. The benefits of the two programmes will remain independent, and the number of sailings a member accrues on each brand will not be combined. You will earn the cruise credit for the brand you are sailing with as long as you are a member of that brand's loyalty programme.  If you are a Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club member in the Crown & Anchor Society but not a member of the Captain's Club and plan on sailing on Celebrity Cruises, call the Loyalty Service Centre on 0844 493 5010 or 1800 932 356 in ROI to enrol in equivalent recognition. Please remember to provide your membership number whenever you reserve a cruise holiday to receive all the benefits you deserve.
How can I get a membership number while on board?
All guests may go to the Crown & Anchor Society desk (also called 'Adventures' on board some of the ships), the Loyalty & Cruise Sales Staff will be able to provide with you an application to fill in and hand in during your appointment to receive your benefits of the programme going forward.   This process can take up to 8 weeks to be finalised at which point you will receive a welcome letter. Please bear with us while we work through this process.
If you have not heard from us within 8 weeks of the end of your cruise, please contact us on 0844-4935010. (1800-932356 from ROI)

The Crown & Anchor Society is an entirely complimentary programme. You will receive many future benefits for joining and continuing to sail with Royal Caribbean.
Do I need to bring my Membership Number onboard with me?
It is important always to provide your membership number when reserving a Royal Caribbean cruise holiday. Remind your travel agent to include when making your new booking, or you can always add your membership number yourself when you complete the online check in prior to your cruise. After all, your Crown & Anchor membership number is the only way we can make sure that you receive all the recognition and benefits you deserve.  We do not issue membership cards.   If your number is not include in your booking then please advise the Loyalty & Cruise Sales team when you're on board the ship to ensure you receive the benefits on board. If your membership number has been successfully included in your booking then it is automatically printed on your onboard SeaPass card.
Will I receive a membership card?
We do not issue membership cards any more but if you enrol whilst on the phone your membership number will be advised, and if you enrol by email your membership number will be advised by email.
How long after registering will my membership number be active?
It takes approximately 72 hours for your loyalty number to be active in our database.
How soon after my cruise are the points added?
As a Crown & Anchor Society member, your level in the programme depends on the number of cruise holidays you have taken. You earn a point for every night sailed.  Therefore a 7 night cruise will earn you 7 points.  However, if you are booked into a Junior Suite or above, you will receive double points, so a 7 night cruise will earn 14 points.  To receive your points please ensure that your loyalty number is always included in your booking.  You can do this either by asking your travel agent to add your loyalty number to your booking, or you can add your loyalty number yourself when you complete the online check in.  If your number is in the booking then your points should be added automatically approximately 14 days after you disembark the ship.  If the points added mean that you will move from one tier to the next, you will receive the benefits of the new tier on your next sailing with us.  The tier benefits do not change mid-cruise.
What do I do if I've misplaced my Membership Number?
If you are an existing Crown & Anchor Society member, simply use our online look-up form. You will receive an e-mail response containing your Crown & Anchor membership number within one working day of submitting the form.

If you do not have an e-mail address, you can call the Crown & Anchor Society on 0844 493 5010 or 1800 932 356 in ROI. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm. The loyalty desk is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
