Is there room service onboard?
Room Service is available onboard any time of the day and night. Any orders between midnight and 5am will have a service charge of $3.95 per delivery.You can order from the room service menu located in your stateroom - either via the stateroom phone or interactive TV service.
When I purchase the dining package online, I only made one dinner reservation. When will I make the other restaurant reservations included in the package?
Each package has a "key" restaurant that must be booked online including the day, time and party size.  All other restaurant reservations included in the package will be made onboard.       
What are the advantages to booking these dining packages?
All dining packages are discounted more than 25% off regular prices and package guests will be given priority for their restaurant reservations made on board.   
Are beverages included in the dining packages?
Dining packages do not include beverages unless they are normally included in the cover charge.  Only the Chef's Table includes a wine pairing; beverages would be charged separately at regular prices in all other restaurants.     
Are gratuities included in the dining packages?
Yes, gratuities are included in all specialty restaurant cover charges and dining packages.  Beverages ordered while dining will be charged additional gratuities.
Can I purchase the dining package onboard or are they only available online?
All dining packages can be purchased onboard; however, availability for the packages is limited so we suggest they are purchased precruise (through the PreCruise Planner) to have the best selection of dining times.  Oasis Class dining packages include a restaurant reservation on the first day of the cruise so they must be purchased prior to 5 p.m. on the first day of the cruise.
Do I have to reserve my restaurant reservation on day 1 for the Oasis Class packages?
Yes, because of limited availability on other nights, each Oasis Class dining package requires that guests dine in one of the package restaurants on day 1.  There are no restrictions for the other package restaurant reservations.
How does the dinner package work with Izumi since it is priced a la carte?
Package guests will receive $20 per person credit towards their meal in Izumi which will be reflected as a discount on their check.  Charges over $20 will be presented for payment by the guest at the end of the meal; charges $20 per person or less will require no additional payment.  Guests will not be refunded for the unused portion of their $20 per person credit.   
How will I make the other package reservations? Will I get the days and times I want?
Guests will receive a Dining Package confirmation/reservation request form in their stateroom where they can enter the days and times they would prefer for their other reservations.  They can either bring the form to any of the restaurants in their package or call to have the reservations made immediately.  Dining Package reservation requests will be given priority over all other reservations to ensure package guest requests are almost always accommodated.

What are the cancellation/refund policies for dining packages?
Dining packages can be canceled precruise with a full refund prior to four days before sailing.  Cancellations made onboard within 24 hours of the dinner reservation will incur a charge of $10. Guests who cancel their dining package would be charged at the usual non-discounted rates if they choose to dine in any specialty restaurant including any reservations completed prior to cancellation.
