What do I do if bad weather or an unusual event in the UK prevents me from getting to my pre-cruise flight or the ship?
If there is a situation that is causing problems with guests travelling internally in the UK to reach a UK port to board one of our ships, or to take a flight within or in/out of the UK, our website will be updated with the latest information, so please check for Travel Alerts on our homepage.

These type of situations include weather problems such as snow, natural phenomenon such as the volcanic ash problems in 2010, civil unrest and industrial action. Details of our policies with regard to these situations will be available at the time.

What happens if there's a hurricane predicted at the time of my cruise?
We try to avoid operating any ship in the vicinity of a tropical system and we will monitor the progress of these storms very closely. If there is a potential threat to any of our guests or ships, the itinerary may be altered to try to avoid any interaction with the storm or any affected areas.
