See More of the World on Your Next Cruise

Have you decided to travel to new places and see more of the world as one of your New Year’s resolutions? We think that’s a great idea, there’s nothing better than exploring a new culture with your family, enjoying the local cuisine and having tons of fun sightseeing. Royal Caribbean sail around the world, docking at many beautiful and interesting destinations that are waiting to be discovered by you. Here are some tips for planning the trip of a life time.

Where should I go?

Choosing your dream destination depends on what you want to do and see. Have you and your kids always wanted to ride elephants in Thailand, or does your family like the idea of having a barbeque on a beach in Australia?
Wherever you go they’ll be plenty of sightseeing to be done, so it’s a good idea to write down a list of the places you want to visit.  If you plan on cruising to Barcelona you may want to see the different works of Gaudi, or if you’re visiting Hong Kong then you may want to take your kids to Disney Land for a fun-filled day trip.
If your family prefer to explore the natural wonders of the world, Northern Europe is a great holiday destination for you.  In Norway you’ll get to witness the breath-taking Northern Lights, powerful waterfalls and snow-capped mountains, which are perfect photograph moments you can share with family and friends back home. Or your family can travel to wondrous Iceland, a country full of glistening glaciers and robust volcanoes – it’s also a great place for those of you who love an adventure!

 Fun for the kids

Travelling on a cruise with kids makes seeing the world a lot easier; our onboard games, performances and the kids club will have everyone entertained during the journey. Keeping your kids smiling once you arrive is simple too. Wherever you decide to go, whether it’s to Vietnam or Florida, your kids will have so much to look forward to. And, if you want to avoid the hassle of planning just check-out Royal’s cruise excursions.
For fun down under you can take your kids to cuddle some cute Koalas, have their photo taken with a baby crocodile and explore Brisbane’s Dreamworks Experience theme park.   If you fancy something a little closer to home then don’t worry, you and your kids can do all sorts of fun activities, such as riding camels in Lanzarote - just make sure you avoid their spit!

What’s your plan?

Whether you’ve made a New Year’s Resolution to travel more or not, cruising is an easy and fun way to explore the world. Take a look here to plan your next holiday.
