Fruit Art of Royal Caribbean

By HannahTuesday 20th August 2013

National Melon Day, on the 3rd August, didn’t go unnoticed by us. There’s nothing like a refreshing bowl of fruit to cool you down during the warm summer months. Watermelon contains 92% water by weight, so it’s particularly good at quenching your thirst. It’s a great picnic choice but taste aside, its size and structure makes it the perfect fruit for carving into, to produce some impressive decorations for your table. Fruit art has become a staple on the Royal Caribbean cruise table and we have to admit we’ve got pretty good at it. Check out some of the amazing fruit displays our Facebook community captured onboard our ships.

4)      A fruit art melon monkey

Our Royal Caribbean chef carves up some fruit to make these cute characters which kids will love. This should encourage your kids to eat their 5 a day!
