Tamara joined Royal Caribbean in May 2015 and is responsible for the delivery of the strategic marketing plans for the UK and Ireland business.

Having previous held marketing director roles for InterContinental Hotel Group’s (IHG), as well as Cosmos Holidays (part of the Monarch group), Tamara is a proven leader with a very successful track record of driving results.

Passionate about brand change, Tamara lead the development and launch of Royal Caribbean’s new brand positioning, Where Extraordinary Happens, having previously lead the UK’s brand repositioning for Holiday Inn, the largest global rebrand of its kind.

Most importantly, Tamara loves to travel and understands how extraordinary it can be, having spent 18 months travelling the world after obtaining her degree in Food Marketing from Newcastle University.
