For something a little less formal, there’s the Samba Grill with service from 'gaucho' cowboys and carvery at your table. Sample the catch of the day at the Seafood Shack. In the mood for Italian? Visit Portofino to be transported to Tuscany. Enjoy a fiesta at Rita’s Cantina, where we have all your Mexican favourites. For something exotic, try Izumi Asian Cuisines and the sensational sushi. Chef's Table

Enjoy intimate exclusivity and the personal service of your very own chef in this wonderful culinary treat. Your private dining area seats a maximum of 14 guests who will be indulged in a specially-prepared menu of gourmet dishes and paired-wine chosen and prepared by the evening’s featured chef.

Before you sit to dine, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an apéritif with your fellow guests at a chic cocktail party.
