Dialysis
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) are welcome to board all Royal Caribbean International
® vessels. Those guests using peritoneal dialysis should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to departure. Please contact us to arrange security clearance for the delivery.
Royal Caribbean does not have the ability to assist or administer haemodialysis treatments. Please contact us for more information on policies and procedures. Guests requiring haemodialysis treatment whilst onboard our ships, can contact a specialist provider, such as either
www.dialysisholidays.co.uk or
www.dialysisatsea.com, both of whom can arrange to provide equipment and treatment onboard.
Oxygen
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard our ships. Please notify us as to the type and quantity you will be carrying and inform us if you are having any supplies delivered to the ship. Each vessel has a different storage policy; however, you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.
Dietary Needs
Royal Caribbean International makes every effort to accommodate our guest's dietary requirements wherever possible and most dietary needs can be catered for.

Pregnancy
Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or cruisetour. A "Fit to Travel" letter from your GP is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks and days) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of your cruise, thus confirming you will not be entering your 24th week, and confirming you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
The "Fit to Travel" letter should be faxed to the Special Services Department on +44 (0)1932-820603
Please contact your travel agent if you have already booked a cruise or cruisetour and do not meet this requirement.
Children with Disabilities
Royal Caribbean welcomes children with disabilities, especially in our fun-filled Adventure Ocean program. Upon request, every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodation that will meet the needs of children with disabilities. Some of these accommodation can include;
- Adventure Ocean grouping by ability (rather than age)
- Adventure Ocean toilet-trained policy exception
- Pagers for parents of children in Adventure Ocean program
- Baby sitting services
If you have another type of medical condition that has not been mentioned, please inquire about policies and procedures that may affect your cruise by contacting us as above.
