For exclusivity and intimacy savour the culinary excellence of the Chef’s Table where our head chef cooks for just 14 guests. Alternatively enjoy the romance and fine Italian cuisine of Portofino and excellent seafood and steak dishes of Chops Grille. Casual dining is available at the Windjammer Café and light snacks are served in the Seaview Café.

NEW Izumi Asian-fusion cuisine, serving a la carte sushi selections, NEW Complimentary Boardwalk Dog House with a huge choice of hotdogs. NEW Rita's Cantina for Mexican favourites. With a wide range of dining options there is plenty of choice all through the day.

Samba Grill NEW

With service from ‘gaucho’ cowboys, and 13 different meats and seafood specialities carved right at your table, this is a true taste of the Brazilian-style churrasco grill.

Rita’s Cantina NEW

With colourful surroundings and the lively flavours of Mexican classics like nachos, fajitas and Margaritas, this is the place for a fun fiesta.

Portofino

For delicious Italian classics and our chef’s own creations, to savour in an intimate setting, Portofino is the place. It’s also the venue for our Mystery Theatre Dinner nights.

Located in the heart of the Central Park neighbourhood, Radiance of the Seas^SM and Splendour of the Seas^SM, Park Café specialises in complimentary fresh, made to order paninis, crêpes, stir fries and more. You can also stock up on snacks for your excursions or for your stateroom.

Chef's Table NEW

Enjoy intimate exclusivity and the personal service of your very own chef in this wonderful culinary treat. Your private dining area seats a maximum of 14 guests who will be indulged in a specially-prepared menu of gourmet dishes and paired-wine chosen and prepared by the evening’s featured chef. Before you sit to dine, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an apéritif with your fellow guests at a chic cocktail party.
