Getting to the Departure Port

How do I get to my flight/hotel/cruisetour?
For guests who have purchased air, hotel and cruisetour packages through Royal Caribbean, transfers will be provided. If you have made your own air and hotel arrangements, you will be responsible for that transport to the airport and/or hotel. For cruise-only guests, we offer Royal Connections transfer service. Please contact your travel agent or our Customer Service Department for complete details.
What should I do if I didn't receive my transfer vouchers with my cruise documents?
If you did not receive your transfer vouchers with your travel documents, you will be on the manifest and greeted at your arrival airport by one of our representatives.
What arrangements will be made for me to get to the ship?
If you have booked a fly/cruise package with us, you will be transferred from the airport to the ship.  If you are a cruise only guest then you will need to make your own way to the ship.
How do I get to the ship?
For guests who have made their air arrangements through Royal Caribbean (and are arriving on the day of boarding), our airport Meet and Greet staff will meet you in the Baggage Claim Area or outside Customs (for international flights) to direct you to your transport between the airport and ship. Please refer to your Transfer Voucher for more specific details of transport, meeting locations, start times and frequency of transfers.

Guests that are cruise-only (i.e. have not made air arrangements through us) may also purchase this transfer, called a cruise only transfer, separately although it is subject to availability and restrictions on flight parameters. Please contact your travel agent or contact us for details.

If you drive to the departure port, parking is typically available on a first-come, first-served basis at most ports for a minimal fee. However every port does vary.
How will I get to the departure port?
Air arrangements can be made through Royal Caribbean, or you can handle your own air travel. For guests who have made their air arrangements through Royal Caribbean (and are arriving on the day of boarding), our airport Meet and Greet staff will meet you in the Baggage Claim Area or outside Customs (for international flights) to direct you to your transport between the airport and ship.

Guests that are cruise-only (i.e., have not made air arrangements through us) may also purchase this transfer service (called Royal connections) separately.

If you are close enough (or you enjoy being on the road) you can also drive to the departure port. Parking is typically available on a first-come first-served basis at most piers for a minimal fee. However every pier does vary.

Directions:
From Schiphol International Airport to pier:
 Exit the airport and take the A4 to Amsterdam and then the A10 Amsterdam Ring Road (north).
 Leave the A10 Amsterdam Ring Road (north) at the S114 junction (follow the signs Centrum, Zeeburg and Artis).
 Turn left at the end of the exit road. Follow the road until you have passed the Piet Hein Tunnel.
 At the end of the tunnel turn right, following the signs for 'Centrum and Central Station'.
 You will go straight over three sets of traffic lights. After the third set of lights, turn right at the second access road. The entrance to the underground car park is situated in front of the terminal.

Parking Information:

 Exiting airport, turn left at the first set of traffic lights on to George Bolt Memorial Drive.
 Continue on that road, which joins the motorway route 20. Exit the motorway at the second slip road to the City and Nelson St.
 Continue straight over the lights at Nelson St and follow Nelson St to the crossroads of Nelson and Sturdee.
 Turn right into the left-hand lane of Sturdee, and at the second Street on the left turn into Lower Hobson Street.
 Stay in the left-hand lane and continue straight over the next set of lights on to the pier

Directions:
From points South:
 Follow I-95 North to Exit 55, Key Highway.
 From the slip road, continue straight on East McComas Street.
 The South Locust Point Cruise Terminal's entrance is on the right.

From points North:
 Follow I-95 South through the Ft. McHenry Tunnel, make sure that you are in the right-hand lane when going through the tunnel.
 Take Exit 55, Key Highway.
 Turn left at the traffic lights onto East McComas Street.
 Follow the signs to the South Locust Point Cruise Terminal's entrance on the right.

Due to strict rules surrounding the close of check-in, please note that the arrival process can take as much as 25 minutes from the main entrance gate of the port to the doors of the terminal - please keep this in mind when planning your arrival.

Parking:
Parking is approximately USD 15.00 per day (subject to change) and is payable upon entering the facility in the form of cash, Traveller's Cheques, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Security at the Pier:

From El Prat International Airport (BCN) to Pier:
 Exit the airport and take the road to Barcelona City.
 Once there, take the Ronda Litoral ring road and take the exit marked PUERTO.
 Turn right and then follow the signs for PUERTO.
 Ships are berthed at Adossat Terminal (Moll Adossat).

Directions:
From Logan International Airport:
 Exit Logan Airport to the Ted Williams Tunnel (I-90) (USD 3.00 toll).
 Follow signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel.
 From the right-hand lane, take the first exit – Exit 25/South Boston.
 At the traffic lights, you will be on Congress Street.
 Continue straight on onto B Street.
 At the next signal, turn right onto Seaport Boulevard, which turns into Northern Ave.
 Continue on Northern Avenue for approx ¼ mile, then turn right onto Tide Street and immediately left onto Drydock Avenue.
 Follow Drydock Avenue as it turns right at the end of the Boston Design Center.
 Turn right again onto Black Falcon Avenue, travelling straight towards the stop sign, where you will be directed by Port Officers either to the passenger drop-off point or to the multi-storey car park.

Parking Information:
Long-stay parking is available. The city's multi-storey car park (EDIC) is located across the street from the Black Falcon Terminal. It is a space available, covered facility. The daily fee is USD 14.00 per day (subject to change) and is payable with cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) when you enter the car park.

Before parking your vehicle, please proceed first to the cruise terminal for luggage and guest drop off. After parking the vehicle, it's a short walk back to the cruise terminal.

From Ministro Ezeiza International Airport:
 Exit the airport onto the motorway until you reach the toll booths.
 Take route AU1 until the final exit, where you will turn left onto Av. Ing. Huergo.
 Continue on Av. Ing. Huergo, which changes its name to Av. E. Madero, until it ends and you're facing Retiro Park.
 At the traffic lights (Sheraton Hotel will be on your left), turn right and continue on Av. Comodoro, which ends at Av. Ramon Castillo. /td>
 Turn left and continue until the first set of traffic lights. On the right-hand side, you can see the entrance to the Buenos Aires Terminal.

 Exit the airport, following signs to the New Jersey Turnpike.

 Follow the signs for Route 440 South.
 Continue on Route 440 South to Port Terminal Blvd.
 Turn left at Port Terminal Blvd. (there are traffic lights at the crossroads).
 This is the entrance for the 'Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor' or the old 'Military Ocean Terminal Bayonne'.
 Continue straight on and approach the guard gate.
 Continue past the guard gate and follow the signs to the cruise terminal.
From New Jersey Turnpike North or South:
 Exit the airport, following signs to the New Jersey Turnpike.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 14A.
 Pay the toll at the exit and continue straight on (after the traffic lights onto the bridge) onto Route 440.
 Follow the signs for Route 440 South.
 Continue on Route 440 South to Port Terminal Blvd.

From New York City, via the Holland Tunnel:
 Take the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike west to exit 14A. Follow the directions above from Exit 14 A.

From the West, via I-80:
 Take I-80 East to I-95 South
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 14A- Bayonne. Follow the directions above from Exit 14A.
From the West, via I-78:
 Take I-78 East straight to the New Jersey Turnpike.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike east to Exit 14A- Bayonne. Follow the directions above from Exit 14A.

From the East/Staten Island/Long Island:
 Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge into Staten Island.
 Take I-287 West.
 Take Route 440 North to and over the Bayonne Bridge.
 Continue along Route 440 North for approximately 3 miles.
 Turn right into the Bayonne Ocean Terminal.
 Continue straight on and approach the guard gate.
 Continue past the guard gate and follow the signs to the cruise terminal.

From The Bronx/Connecticut/New England:
 Proceed to and across the George Washington Bridge.
 Follow the signs for the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95 South.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 14A - Bayonne. Follow the directions above from Exit 14A.

From Westchester County:
 Take I-684 South to I-287 West
 Take I-287 West to I-87 South.
 Follow the signs to and over the George Washington Bridge.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 14A - Bayonne. Follow the directions above from Exit 14A.

From Rockland County:
 Take the Palisades Parkway South to I-80 West.
 Follow the signs for the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95 South.
 Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 14A - Bayonne. Follow the directions above from Exit 14A.

Public Transport:

By Train:
 Take the PATH PATH Rapid Transit System train from Manhattan to Jersey City or Hoboken.
 Outside the PATH Station, take the New Jersey Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train to Bayonne.
 Leave the train at 34th Street Station in Bayonne.
 You are now on the other side of Route 440, directly opposite the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor, which includes the Cape Liberty Cruise Port.
 Call one of the three Bayonne cab companies Bayonne cab companies  to drive you to the cruise port, which is about two miles east of the Light Rail line.

By Bus:
 From the Port Authority Bus Terminal Call one of the three Bayonne cab companies Port Authority Bus Terminal, take the 99S bus to Bayonne.
 The 99S bus travels along Kennedy Boulevard into Bayonne and stops on request every three blocks.
 When you reach 33rd Street and Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, you will be at the closest point on the bus route to the cruise port.
 Call one of the three Bayonne cab companies Bayonne Cab Companies to drive you to the cruise port, which is about three miles east of Kennedy Boulevard.

Parking Information:
A safe, secure parking facility, operated by Central Parking Central Parking, is conveniently located next to the cruise terminal. Parking fees are USD 19.00 per day (subject to change). Cash, traveller's cheques and major credit cards are accepted. No reservations are necessary. At this time, there is no covered or valet parking at Cape Liberty Cruise Port.

Directions from the Airport:

 Leaving the Airport, take a left turn onto Santander Ave.
 Go straight on Santander Avenue until Parque de la Marina which is a roundabout - the Park and the wall of the Old City will be on your left all the time - approx. 10 min.
 At the Park roundabout, turn to your left entering Blas de Lezo Ave.
 At the traffic light turn to your right, and on your right you'll see the Convention Centre.
 At the next traffic light turn to the right again and turn into Arsenal Street.
 Continue up to the Puente Roman Bridge – and cross the bridge.
 Continue on to Calle Real de Manga, turn left until you get to Avenida La Asamblea.
 Go straight on for three blocks until you reach Tercera Ave. (also called Calle 28).
 Drive for two blocks and turn left onto Carrera 30 - there is a roundabout here and you need to take the first right - you are now within the port area and will see containers on your right-hand side. Continue along this road until you see the cruise terminal and main gate.

Secured Parking is available throughout the terminal at USD 12.00 a day.

 Take the Autostada E80/A 12 – Roma-Civitavecchia

 Once inside the port, signs displayed throughout will direct guests to their assigned terminal.

Parking:
Parking facilities are available near the cruise terminals starting at a cost of € 60 EUR for a seven (7) day cruise plus €12 EUR for each additional day (price subject to change without notice) for the duration of your cruise. The parking facility will only accept Euros on arrival and will not accept credit cards or cheques. The parking facility is located inside the port area. The parking facility does not offer a shuttle service to the cruise terminal. Based on availability, guests can pay for a taxi to transfer to and from the pier terminal.

From Airport:
 Take Domingo Diaz Avenue and go straight to Ricardo J Alfaro Avenue (there is no turn to get to this Avenue), continue on to take La Paz Avenue, which is in the right-hand lane.
 Keep straight and follow signs for Corredor Norte (which is the highway to Colon). The road will divide into two, stay in the right-hand lane and you will enter the highway Alberto Motta.
 Drive for about half an hour until you reach the City of Colon.
 Continue straight on through the town.
 Turn right onto 13th Street.
 Follow the street until you are only able to turn left onto Paseo Gorgas, where Colon 2000 Pier is located.

From the City:
 Take the north corridor to Chilibre, here you will connect to the transismic highway to Colon.
 At the entrance to Colon stay on Central Avenue.
 Take 9th Street on the right straight to the Port.

Parking:

 Follow the dual-carriageway to the city centre.
 Follow road signs O2, via Kalvebod Brygge and Kongens Nytorv (Kings Square)

Directions:
 When travelling by car directly to the Cruise Terminals, you are advised to travel on the M20/A20. The Dover Cruise Terminals are extremely well sign posted.
 Using Public Transport from London Gatwick International Airport: There is no direct rail service from London Gatwick to Dover Priory station. There are two options for travel by rail, both options involve at least one change. The first option is to travel via Tonbridge; the journey time is approximately 2 hours. The second option is via London Bridge, and the journey time is approximately 2 1/2 hours. Generally, this service operates on an hourly basis. Please check local train schedules to confirm departure and arrival times.
 On arrival at Dover Priory you will need to take a taxi to Dover Cruise Terminal Two, the terminal is approximately 5 minutes from the station, subject to traffic conditions.
 Using Public Transport from London Heathrow International Airport: Take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington Station. This service currently departs every 15 minutes, and the trip takes 15 minutes. On arrival in Paddington, transfer to London Waterloo East by taxi; once there take a direct service train to Dover Priory Station. On arrival at Dover Priory you will need to take a taxi to Dover Cruise Terminal Two, the terminal is approximately 5 minutes from the station, subject to traffic conditions. A regular service operates to Dover, and the journey time is approximately one hour and fifty minutes.
 You will pass three sets of traffic lights; after the third set of lights, turn right at the second access road. The entrance to the underground car park is situated in front of the terminal.

 At the last roundabout turn right and reach the main cargo gates of Port Rashid.
 Drive through the gates and follow the signs to the 'Passenger Cruise Terminal'.
 Continue straight over the roundabout and turn left at the small traffic signal.
 Drive straight on and you will see the cruise terminal building.

 Take Interstate 5 south to the San Ysidro Border crossing.
 After the border, follow signs for Scenic Route 1-D through Tijuana towards Rosarito.
 Enter the toll road at Playas de Tijuana and continue south on 1-D.
 On entering Ensenada, bear to the right on 1-D towards the cruise terminal.

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport - 5 miles:
 Exit the airport and follow signs for the I-595 East/Port Everglades. Continue to the last exit on the I-595 East and follow the signs to Port Everglades.
 This will automatically take you to the Port Everglades security entrance.
 From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship's pier terminal.

From Miami International Airport - 30 miles:
 Take 836 East to I-95 North.
 Exit I-95 North at 595 East.
 Follow 595 to the end; then follow the Port Everglades signs.

Parking Information:
After dropping off your checked-in luggage at the pier terminal with the porters and cruise line representatives, proceed to the Port Everglades Mid Port Parking Garage. Rates are USD 15.00 per day for regular vehicles and USD 19.00 for oversized vehicles (subject to changes without notice by the Port Everglades Authority). Rates are payable with travellers checks, credit cards or cash upon exiting the facility. The Mid Port parking garage is adjacent to Pier Terminal 25. A complimentary shuttle service is available for Pier Terminal 18 or other terminals. For additional information or vehicle size restrictions, please contact Parking USA on +1 954 765 4494. Alternate parking locations are available and Port Everglades signage will direct you if necessary.

From Genoa:
 Take the main road signposted Genova.
 Exit at Genova Ovest.
 Follow the 'Porto' signs.
 This will take you to the port, Pier Terminal Andria Doria.

Public Transport:
From London Gatwick International Airport:
 Take the Gatwick Express to London Victoria Station.
 This service currently departs every 15 minutes and takes about 35 minutes.
 On arrival at Victoria, take a taxi to London Liverpool Street Station.
 Take either a direct service to Harwich International or a train to Manningtree and change there for Harwich International.
 Please note that there is only a limited service directly to Harwich and it may be necessary to change trains.
 This service runs hourly during the day from Monday to Saturday, with a reduced service on Sundays.
 The journey takes approximately 1 1/2 hours.
 On arrival in Harwich International, the station platform is about 50 yards from the cruise terminal building.

From London Heathrow International Airport:
 Take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington Station.

 Drive along the A1 highway.
 Turn right at Luo Shan Rd.
 Drive along the Luo Shan Rd then onto the Yangpu Bridge.
 Get off the Bridge at the Lin Qing Rd Exit
 Turn left and drive through Lin Qing Rd then turn left again at Chang Yang Rd.
 Go straight from Chang Yang Rd to Chang Zhi Rd.
 Turn left at Lv Shun Rd
 Drive along the Lv Shun Rd and turn left at Da Ming Rd
 Keep driving until Gao Yang Rd.

CHECK IN:
For your comfort and convenience we recommend that you arrive at the Singapore Cruise Centre for ship check-in formalities starting at the boarding time stated in your cruise documents but no later than 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled sailing time.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
Porters will be available on the Ground Floor of the Harbour Front Centre by Lobby C to receive luggage to be checked prior to check-in at the Singapore Cruise Centre.
Driving Directions:
From Singapore Airport – approximately 40 minutes
 Take the ECP (East Coast Parkway) which connects to AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway).
 Exit at 2A onto Keppel Road which will lead you to Telok Blangah Road.
 The first landmark is the Vivo City and Harbour Front Centre (which is where the Singapore Cruise Centre is located) next to this building.
 The entrance to the car park is from Harbour Front Avenue.

BY RAIL:
The closest MRT station is the Harbour Front Station located on the North East Line. The Singapore Cruise Centre is approximately a 5-minute walk from the station.

From London Heathrow Airport:
 Take the A3113 from the airport to the M25.
 Follow signs for the M3 at junction 12 – join the M3.

 At junction 3 – join the M271 and continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks.
 Dock Gate 10 is the entrance to the terminal area if you are being dropped off. Please see below for details if parking at the port.

From London Gatwick Airport:
 Take the A23 from the airport to junction 9a.
 Join the M23 driving to junction 7.
 Join the M25 following signs for the M3.
 Join at junction 12.
 Join the M3 and head south, following signs for Southampton and Southampton Docks.
 On leaving the M3, take the M27 following signs for Southampton Docks.
 At junction 3 – join the M271 and continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks. Dock Gate 10 is the entrance to the terminal area.

Rail Links:
From London Waterloo Station:
 Direct Train Service is available on South West Railways from London Waterloo to Southampton Central Station.
 Approximate journey time is 1 hour 20 minutes.
 Timetable information can be obtained on the internet at www.rail.co.uk .
 Return train fare from London's Waterloo station is approximately GBP 35.00.
 The Pier terminal is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the Southampton train station.
 Approximate cost for taxi journey is GBP 8.00.

Parking Information:
Parking at the Port of Southampton can be arranged in advance only by calling 0844-880-6848. There is very limited space available for cars without an advance reservation. For directions to the "Long Stay" parking facility, follow the above directions, but enter the Southampton Docks through Dock Gate 8 to first drop off your luggage before making your way to the car park.

 Cruise Terminal 3 main entrance is approximately 5 blocks south on Channelside Drive.

From Beijing International Airport to Tianjin International Cruise Home Port: Depart from Beijing International Airport and drive along the Airport express way until the sign for the 5th ring road . Turn left (south) and drive along the 5th loop road until meeting the entrance sign for JingJin tollway which is a new highway from Beijing to Tianjin. Get off at the BeiTang Exit, drive straight for 10 mins and you will see a white building within which the Tianjin International Cruise Home Port is located.

 When entering Vancouver via Oak Street, follow north to Park Drive.
 Turn left onto Park Drive and then turn right onto Granville Street.
 Follow Granville Street over the Granville Street Bridge, and take the Seymour Street exit.
 Proceed north to Cordova Street.
 Turn left and follow two blocks to the traffic lights, turn right onto Howe Street.
 Continue straight on to the ramp entering Canada Place Pier.

From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
 Leaving Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, follow the signs marked Freeways after exiting airport arrival terminals.
 Enter Eastbound Highway 518 (also marked I-5) moving into the left lane, and exit to I-5 North.
 Proceed North on I-5 to the U.S/Canada Border where you will need to stop and pass through Customs.
 From Customs continue North, you are now on Highway 99. Cross Oak Street Bridge, turn left onto Broadway, turn right onto Granville Street, cross the bridge and move into the left-hand lane.
 Exit to Seymour Street.
 Turn left onto Cordova Street and right onto Howe Street to the pier.

 Follow blue traffic signs indicating Venezia
 At the end of the bridge on the lagoon ('Ponte della Liberta'), which connects the mainland with Venice, stay in the right-hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights.
 At the end of the road there is a STOP sign: proceed straight on to the Port Security gate for entry.
 . You may be asked to present your cruise ticket booklet for entry.
 Proceed to the luggage drop off area just beyond the gate and then to the terminal.

When can I board the ship?
The boarding time for your ship and sailing date is specified in your Guest Ticket Booklet.  Please do not plan on arriving at the pier before the specified time as the ship will not be ready to board guests.

Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-In no later than three days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-In three days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time. Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.
