Cruise Documents and Luggage

Where can I download my electronic cruise documents?
Once your cruise tickets have been released, please click here.

To log in to your booking you will need the following:
Surname of the first guest listed on the booking
Reservation ID (This can be found on your confirmation invoice and is a 4 to 7 digit number)
Ship name
Sail date
How do I receive my luggage labels/Bag Tags?
Because we only supply the ticket as an e-doc now, we now provide a personalised bag tag within the e-doc. This enables you to drop your bags off at the correct area before you then check-in for boarding and we strongly advise all guest's to use their bag tags.

The tags are designed to allow our baggage handlers to ensure your luggage is delivered securely and efficiently to your stateroom. Certain guests will still be able to request our Bag Tag Mailer online, in which case we will print a colour set of 8 personalised labels and send them in the Royal Mail to the address you provide. Please note, you can not request tags once you get within 14 days of your sail date for postal addresses in the UK, Ireland, Gibraltar and the Falkland Islands.

Bag tags can only be provided to you once the e-docs for your cruise have been released and this can be as early as 45 days prior to your sail date, but it does depend on all parts of the booking being correct, and if not then they may not release until nearer the cruise. When they are released, we inform your travel agent of this and they can then provide you with the e-docs and you can then request your bag tags.

If you have made your booking directly with us, when the tickets release we will send you an email and at this point you can access your tickets on this website and request your bag tags. This is why it is important that we obtain your email address, so we can inform you that your tickets are ready. The easiest way to do this is to complete the online check-in. You can fill in as much information here as possible as soon as you make a booking, and any specific details you don't have can be completed nearer the sail date.

For full details of who can order a Bag Tag Mailer and which ships and sail dates are impacted, please see the Luggage Tag question on our Frequently Asked Questions page here: FAQ - Bag Tags

You do not need to purchase transfers from Royal Caribbean to participate in the Luggage Valet programme, although we highly recommend it. Then you simply go to the airport a few hours before your flight, and proceed directly to the security check-point and on to your gate.
