How do I change any of my contact details?
We need your correct postal address and email address to make sure you receive all of the Royal Caribbean updates and insider information. To change any details, please contact the Crown & Anchor Society by one of the methods below.

I didn't receive my lapel pin, how can I obtain this?
For Platinum, Emerald and Diamond members, lapel pins are distributed by the Loyalty & Cruise Sales staff on board our ships. Pins are only provided on board the ships. For Diamond Plus members, the lapel pin is part of the pack that is automatically posted to guests who have completed their 175th cruise point.
