Prices, Offers and Future Cruise Certificates

Does Royal Caribbean have any offers for members online?
If there's one place you'll find all the promotions and deals that Royal Caribbean has to offer, it's on RoyalCaribbean.com. We've got Current Offers, Hot Deals and more. And if you're looking for exclusive deals just for Crown & Anchor Society members, be sure to take a look at our Online Savings Certificates. They're the best way to save money on your next adventure - and we update them every month!
Will the price of my cruise change?
Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to change, whether via an increase or decrease, any published rates, including cruise rates and airfare charges, without prior notice. We reserve the right to impose on any existing booking or new bookings (whether paid in full or not) a supplement for fuel or other matters without prior notice as provided in our Booking Terms & Conditions. In addition, we reserve the right to pass on any fuel or other surcharges imposed by third parties, also without prior notice. Guests will remain liable for any applicable taxes, fees or surcharges that may be assessed by any governmental or quasi-governmental agencies.
Why would I get better pricing for last minute deals?
Sometimes on selected sailings, we have a few staterooms that remain available. Rather than letting them go empty, we will now be able to offer our customers some great savings. Read more about our last minute holidays.
How will I know if there are upgrades for my sailing?
If a stateroom is available for a pre-cruise upgrade, then we will contact you with the opportunity and let you decide. If we have not contacted you up to four days before your cruise holiday, then we have no upgrades available.
How does the pre-cruise upgrade policy work?
Royal Caribbean usually sails at full capacity; therefore opportunities for pre-cruise upgrades are limited. However, in the event that we are able to offer pre-cruise upgrades, members will always be put first. Consideration will be based on Terms & Conditions for pre-cruise upgrades.

Now you can choose your upgrade preference online if you would like to be contacted if an upgrade becomes available. You can set your upgrade preference with specific conditions, such as stateroom location, stateroom type or automatic upgrade.

In order to be included on the list for this benefit, please ensure we have your current e-mail address so we can contact you as these opportunities are rare and go very quickly. Your loyalty number must also show in your reservation.

There is no reason to call us, as we have employees who monitor the availability of pre-cruise upgrades. We will contact your through a phone call or through your current e-mail address on file with the Crown & Anchor Society.
How does the Exclusive Onboard Booking Bonus work?
You must be enrolled as a Crown & Anchor member to be able to reserve future cruises on board and take advantages booking offers on board. If you are on your first cruise with us we will be able to enrol you onboard. Every time you are on your cruise holiday, you will be able to make an appointment with our Loyalty & Cruise Sales team by calling Guest Services or stopping at the Crown & Anchor Society desk (also called Adventures on Voyager Class, Freedom Class and Oasis Class). Please remember to have your Crown & Anchor Society membership number with you, alternatively our Loyalty & Cruise Sales staff will be able to look it up for you.
How do I submit my Savings Certificate if I have already paid for my cruise in full?
Whilst vouchers should be submitted when you make the booking we appreciate this is not always possible.  If you made the booking via an agent then you must send the voucher to the agent for them to approve, and they in turn send to us. Please note that agents do not have to accept the voucher.  Their decision is final.

If you booked with RCI direct then please send the voucher to us at the Loyalty Team and we will apply it.  The voucher is not able to be combined if you already have a balcony discount or if you have booked under a special discounted price code.
How do I redeem a Royal Caribbean Savings Certificate?
Saving certificates are issued when you first join the loyalty programme and then subsequently when you attain each new tier.  They are sent by post to your home address.   For Gold members the current value is £35 and for other levels it is currently £70.  You are only able to redeem one voucher per booking reference.  In addition the loyalty programme produces vouchers for specific ships and dates which you can use.  These are issued quarterly.  Again you are only able to redeem one voucher per booking reference.

You are able to view all of the current C&A savings vouchers on line.  Please visit the Crown & Anchor section, login (or enrol if it is your first time) and then view our Special Offers to see the current vouchers.

Your agent would be able to advise you of this.  If you have a voucher and are also entitled to a balcony discount we will apply the greater saving to your booking.
For my friends to use their Friends & Family certificate that I received on board with my Next Cruise certificate, do they also have to sign up for the Crown & Anchor Society?
A person with a Friends & Family certificate does not have to be a member of the Crown & Anchor Society Programme. This certificate is for you to give to anyone you like as a bonus to come and experience a Royal Caribbean cruise holiday with you. They must provide your your reservation number and be booking the same ship & sail date as you when they complete their booking form. They can sign up for the Crown & Anchor Society Programme while they are on their cruise holiday.
